RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Caleb Wedman Containers works hard to deliver premium shipping containers that precisely match your requirements. We recognize that you might need to return a container in certain situations. The rules for returning a container to Caleb Wedman Containers are described in this policy.

30-Day Return Window:

We offer a 30-day return window for all new and unused shipping containers. This period begins from the date you receive the container at your delivery location.

Reasons for Return:

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order before the container is dispatched from our yard, please contact us immediately. We will process a full refund for your order.
  • Damaged on Arrival: If your container arrives damaged during transport, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for an inspection and promptly issue a full refund or replacement container, depending on your preference at no cost.
  • Change of Mind (within the return window): If you change your mind about your purchase after receiving the container, you may return it within 30 days, provided it remains unused and in its original condition. A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will apply. A full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Faulty Manufacturing or Defect: Our containers are built to last, but if you discover a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact us. We will work with you to arrange a repair or replacement, as covered under our warranty policy (see details on our Warranty page).
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind about your purchase after receiving the container, you may return it within 30 days, provided it remains unused and in its original condition. A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will apply.
  • Exchange: If you require a different size or type of container, we may be able to facilitate an exchange. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and any applicable fees.
  • Wrong Product Received: If you receive a container that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct container to be delivered and pick up the incorrect one at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the container to our yard at 9442 Sanctuary Ests Dr #14, Billings, MT 59101.
  • Returned containers must be in their original condition, with all parts and accessories included.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our return policy guidelines.

Late Returns:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause a slight delay in returning your container within the 30-day window. If you are unable to return your container within 30 days, please contact us as soon as possible. We will offer a grace period of an additional 5 days to return the container. However, a late fee of $50 per day will apply after the 30th day. Returns will not be accepted after the 5-day grace period.

Refunds are granted in the following circumstances:

  • Products Never Arrived: If your container is not delivered within the estimated timeframe and cannot be located, we will issue a full refund of your purchase price and any applicable delivery fees.
  • Damaged on Arrival: If your container arrives damaged during transport, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Upon inspection, we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement container, depending on your preference.
  • Faulty Manufacturing or Defect: Our containers are built with quality materials and construction. However, if you discover a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact us. We will work with you to arrange a repair or replacement, as covered under our warranty policy (see details on our Warranty page). If the defect is not covered under warranty, we will process a partial refund based on the assessed value of the container.
  • Change of Mind (within the return window): If you change your mind about your purchase after receiving the container, you may return it within 30 days, provided it remains unused and in its original condition. A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will apply. A full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Wrong Product Received: If you receive a container that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct container to be delivered and pick up the incorrect one at no additional cost. A full refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
