Given the heavy-duty, freight-based nature of our products, each shipment requires dedicated route planning and carrier coordination. Consequently, we manage delivery through a structured, individualized confirmation process, as opposed to automated, standard shipping rule

1. Shipping Destination

We currently offer shipping only to the United States. We do not ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, or military bases (APO/FPO) at this time.

2. Estimated Shipping Timeframe

We work diligently to ensure your equipment is handled with care and dispatched promptly.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-8) Pacific Standard Time (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday). This is the time it takes to prepare, inspect, and secure your order for shipment.
  • Transit Time: 6–8 business days (Monday – Friday). This is the time the item is in transit after leaving our facility.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–11 business days (Monday – Friday).

3. Shipping Methods

We offer several options:

  • Freight carriers: For trailer delivery to your home, business, or shipping yard. Due to the size and weight of our products, all orders are shipped via specialized Freight Carriers. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. The carrier may contact you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.
  • Local pickup: Free from our location with valid ID and proof of purchase
 

4. Shipping Cost For United States:

To keep things simple, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $400 for all orders delivered within the USA. This fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

You will receive a shipping quote during checkout or via invoice before payment.

We may offer free or discounted shipping on promotional items or bulk orders. Contact us to inquire about current offers.

 

5. Order Tracking

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this information to track your order through the carrier’s website.

You must be present at the delivery location during drop-off
