RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Caleb Wedman Containers, customer satisfaction matters, but due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are subject to specific conditions outlined below.

Returns Eligibility

Because our products involve large Heavy Duty containers and trailers, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The container or trailer arrives damaged

  • The container or trailer delivered is incorrect compared to the confirmed order

All issues must be reported within 3 business days after delivery.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Failure to prepare an accessible delivery site

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

  • Normal wear after delivery acceptance

Inspection & Approval

Once reported, the issue will be reviewed. If approved:

  • A replacement, partial refund, or full refund will be offered depending on the situation

  • Resolution type will be communicated clearly before any action is taken

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5  business days, depending on the payment provider.

Return Shipping & Pickup

If a return is approved due to damage or error on our part:

  • Return pickup or transport will be arranged by Caleb Wedman Containers at no additional cost

If the return issue is caused by customer error, any additional transport or handling costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Acceptance

Once a container has been delivered and accepted on-site without reported issues, the order is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
