All products eligible for return must be new and unused, in their original condition, with all parts and accessories included.

We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the date your container or trailer is delivered to your location.

Accepted Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted under the following circumstances:

• Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch):
  If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.

• Damaged on Arrival:
  If your container or trailer arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. After inspection, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

• Change of Mind (Within 30 Days):
  Products may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition.
  Restocking fee: 0%

• Wrong Product Delivered:
  If you receive a product different from what was ordered, we will arrange a correction or issue a full refund.

• Manufacturing Defect:
  If a manufacturing defect is discovered within the warranty period, we will assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.
