Caleb Wedman Containers collects sales tax where required by law.

Sales tax is applied to orders shipped or delivered to states where we have an established sales tax nexus, in accordance with applicable state and local regulations.

How Sales Tax Is Calculated

Sales tax is calculated based on the customer’s delivery or shipping address and the applicable state and local tax rates in effect at the time of purchase.

Sales Tax Disclosure

If sales tax applies to your order, the calculated tax amount will be clearly communicated to you before payment is requested. The final order total, including any applicable tax, will be confirmed prior to payment processing.

Resale Certificates

Customers with a valid resale certificate must submit the appropriate documentation before payment is made. Approved resale certificates will exempt eligible purchases from sales tax where permitted by law.

Tax-Exempt Purchases

Tax-exempt organizations must provide valid exemption documentation prior to completing a purchase. Exemptions cannot be applied retroactively after payment has been completed.
